Amplify Screen: Auto-Scroll Restored After Terms of Service Acceptance

We fixed an issue where the conversation failed to automatically scroll to the next question after a candidate accepted the Terms of Service during a screening. The screener now scrolls forward as expected, so candidates can continue without interruption.
